“Today’s engineer interacts with the customer more than ever before, so it’s crucial to be flexible when it comes to the notion of traditional engineering roles. We’re always looking for the engineer that can not only design, but present ideas directly to the customer and understand all aspects of a project. Language skills are also becoming an important part of an engineer’s arsenal as we see the emergence of Latin American markets.”
